About SoFlo Pop Up Pilates

We created a way to bring that feeling beyond the studio, with thoughtfully led mat Pilates experiences designed for the occasions that bring people together. From bachelorette weekends and birthday celebrations to corporate gatherings, brand activations, and community events, we bring movement into the moments that matter.

Based in South Florida, we bring the instructor, mats, and equipment directly to you, transforming your chosen space into an inviting setting for movement and connection. Whether it's a private residence, an outdoor gathering, or a brand event, every experience is approached with care, intention, and attention to detail.

From the first inquiry to event day, our goal is to make the process feel seamless and the experience feel special. You bring your people. We'll bring the Pilates.
